Locations, bed, pillows, sheets. All great.
Towels were scratchy, double tree towels way better.

Great hotel, great staff, one of my favorite hotels. Still a little annoyed that you have to pay extra for parking and Internet access.

No hot water in room one day, staff was not very concerned or apologetic.

Pretty, well-located, friendly staff, charges for internet service which is really dumb in this day and age when even McDonald's has free WiFi.

The beds are amazingly comfortable and the room was spacious.
The building is showing some wear, including in the guest rooms.

As a Weston, it was high quality. The beds were of course very comfortable and the staff was helpful and polite. The rooms were spacious and the view was nice from the upper floors. There is a neat old church across the street from one side. The hotel seemed well run and was a good value with the Priceline price but it is starting to show it's age a bit and will probably need refurbishment in the future. ...read more

Excellent shuttle service. We had an amazing view!
Uncomfortable bed. Too much fluff and pillows way too high.

Lovely hotel in pleasant location. Attentive staff. All amenities. Bedding is over the top and uncomfortable.

Security, outside stairs scary, and service door to stairway lodged open to the street anyone could enter.

Staff - great, entrance very small, had to stay with my car for a long time before valet took car. Rooms were good, public areas, nothing to write about. Average hotel.
